Detailed Problem Description
(Include Screen Shots if required )Plant 0280 materials MRP Blocked status.For some list of material MRP was not carried out as there was no planning file for that plant.As list attached below.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations
(Include Screen Shots if required)It is observed that the materials are extended by LSMW for which planning file entry is not created.
Planning file entry is also not generated for few materials when the contract is created.
The demand activated in /AFS/MD04 by carrying out a program on 04/09/2013, though the contract is created in the month of February. The program is "/AFS/SDV03V02_CHANGE_LOG", Job was ran by ASHPAR on 04/09/2013.
The demand was not active till that date and we did not find any change logs in sales order.
MRP considers those materials:
- Which have planning file entry in REGEN MRP
- Which have a NETCH flag in planning file entry in NETCH MRP
It is observed that MRP did not consider those materials as the planning file is missing
Planning file entry not existing is rarely observed, we have created Example in QAS.
Planning file entry must be activated if a contract is created, which did not happen.
These inconsistencies can be corrected by planning file job.
Test data in Quality
Contract 40003621 & 40003622 created for material 10246793, the planning file entry did not get generated.
Contract 40003627 is created for material 10600206, planning file entry not generated.
Planning file entry does not exist for materials 10600206 and 10246793, which shows the message as shown below.
MD21 is executed for the material 10600206 and 10246793 below message is shown as shown in screen shot.
Though REGEN MRP is carried out as these materials are not participated.
When we have carried out the job RMMDVM20 planning file job is created and those materials will get participated in the next MRP run.
Resolution
Add a step RMMDVM20 to correct planning file entry inconsistencies in the MRP job NA_MM_MRP.
Which will correct any of such kind of inconsistencies.
